Remote Training is conducted on the Web by one of our trainers. All attendees will need a phone near their computer. If multiple individuals will be attending, a speakerphone will be required, and all attendees should be able to clearly view the computer screen, or each person can dial in with their own computer and phone.
Our trainers will walk you through the setup of new software use of programs such as windows OS, the Microsoft Office suite, Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird, and AVG Anti-Virus.
Want some help setting up a new computer? Our trainers can do that too. Software you don't want will be uninstalled, free open-source applications will be added as needed, and your entire system will be optimized for instant use.
